You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Cologne, Germany. We strive to process your order the same day your ordered.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free to countries in the EU/US/UK above €120,-. We also have different shipping options like express service and Pick-up points available depending on where you live.

Additionally, there is an option to select express shipping, with a cost ranging from 15 to 40 euros (depends on your country).
DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that outside the European Union you could be subjected to duties, customs and taxes. These costs are not managed by us. We advise you to check your countries regulations as payment of duties may be necessary to release your order if charges do incur.
EU: Orders will not incur import taxes and duties.
USA: Orders under the 800 USD will not incur import taxes and duties.
UK: Orders under the £135 will not incur import taxes and duties.
Returns
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s) upon arrival of your return package. However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don’t wish to keep for a full refund and then place a new order for the item that you want instead.
- Return the items within 14 days after receiving date.
- Goods must be returned in their original condition. Returned items include their tags and hygiene sticker and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way.
- Please also remember returning costs are at your expense.
